The prize for the Oktoberfest 2008 Raffle is a three night stay in Rome, Italy.
Winner will stay at the Westin Excelsior Rome Hotel and receive a $4,000
travel voucher to cover your flights as well as $2,000 in spending money!
Proceeds of this raffle go towards supporting the community service activities of the
Clarendon Hills Lions Club.

Clarendon Hills Lions Club (CHLC)
2008 Oktoberfest Travel Raffle Official Rules:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register to win. Tickets are $25.00 each and your payment is not tax deductible. Tickets will be distributed by CHLC. CHLC is not responsible for any typographical errors in print or on the Web. CHLC is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or otherwise misdirected mailings.
The raffle begins on July 22, 2008. Available tickets may be sold in person up to drawing time. The raffle will be drawn on September 6, 2008 at 9:30 PM at Lions Park, 100 Byrd Ct., Clarendon Hills, Illinois. The prize is a $4000 airline travel voucher, a $2000 check, and a voucher for a 3 night stay at the Westin Excelsior Rome Hotel in Rome, Italy.
Winner will be selected by random drawing of all entries received. Winner need not be present and will be notified by mail, email, or telephone, if not at the event. If the winner cannot be notified within two weeks of winning the prize, or is ineligible to claim the prize, or, if after being notified, the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from all remaining entries received. Aware of prize will be conducted by the CHLC, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the raffle. The CHLC reserves the right to verify if the winner eligible. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of liability release and publicity release. By accepting the prize, winner releases CHLC, affiliates, affiliate boards, subsidiaries, sponsors, and suppliers from liability arising from acceptance, possession, and use of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and/or likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation.
All federal, state, and local law and regulations apply. Winner must pay all federal, state, and local taxes, including income tax.
Net proceeds will go to causes that are traditionally supported by CHLC, typically in support of visual and hearing impairment. CHLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this raffle at any time. Changes in Official Rules will be posted at www.chlions.org/Oktoberfest. All decisions are final. Void where prohibited.
